Room occupancy policy 

• Max 3 Adults only.
• Extra Matress will be provided for extra person
• Meal Supplements @ 450/- per person per meal + 3.09% (Service Tax + Education Cess).

Child & Infant Policy

• Infants and Children below the age of 5 years without extra bed, will be complimentary .
• Chidren above 5 years or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.

Meal Plan

• All meals will be served at the main restaurant.
• C.P - Room + Breakfast , M.A.P- Room + Breakfast + lunch or dinner , A.P- Room +All meals.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

• Check-in time is 0730 Hours and check-out time is 0700 Hours. Early check-in and Late check-out upto a maximum of three hours,subject to availability.
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

Day Use Rooms

• Use of a room for day use between 0930hrs -1600hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, Subject to Availability

Airport Transfer

• transfers can be pre-booked at the rate of INR 200 per person one way.

Bookings terms and conditions    

• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cutt-off date after which they will be released.
• Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
• Please note that rupee rates are applicable for Resident Indian National or Foreigners holding Indian Resident/Work Permits.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.

Cancellation policy

• Full refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• 75% refund for cancellation received 29-14 days in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 13-7 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 7 days in advance.

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

	Andaman Chalet - Individual cottages made of indigenous wood and eco-friendly materials, surround by coconut grove. The cottages have all the modern amenities like LCD television, minibar etc.A beautiful pathway leads to the seafront. You can relax in picturesque environment on hammocks, sit out and enjoy the breeze.
	Andaman Villa - Enjoy the charm of a Nicobarese house. This indegenous tribal form of house has been untouched by the modernisation; we have tried to replicate the experience with all the modern comforts. The villa is strategically located duplex house with bedroom at the first floor and washroom at the ground floor. The first floor has a small sit out which gives a fabulous view of the surroundings. It is perfect for honeymoon couples as you get all the privacy and comfort in this exclusive duplex houses.
	Andaman Lagoon- These cottages are luxurious cottages which are very spacious. Ideal for families. Thesecottages are equipped with a large LCD TV, mini bar, luggage rack, tea/coffee maker etc. Both Andaman Lagoon and Villas have their own entry from the lobby. They are situated a little away from the rest of the resort. Both of these categories of cottages provide ample space and privacy.

Day 01 Arrival at Havelock Jetty. Pick up from Harbour. Check in at Sea Shell Havelock. Trip to Radha Nagar Beach.

Day 02 Trip to Elephant Beach including Snorkelling.
